I’m Dr. Evan Kugel, PT, DPT, and I founded Elevate Home PT & Wellness to bring a higher standard of physical therapy and wellness directly to the people of Bergen County. After earning my doctorate from New York Medical College and working across hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and outpatient clinics, I saw firsthand how insurance‑driven care often limits the time, attention, and depth of treatment people truly need.
